Overview
The T-10 Soviet Heavy Tank was the final development stage of the KV & IS series of Cold War tanks. The 10A variant was deployed in 1956 and included a single-plane gun stabiliser and improved target acquisition system. The Heavy Tank designator, IS-10 (Iosif Stalin, Russian for Joseph Stalin) was modified to T-10 due to the destalinisation process that began in 1953.
